The second conference was hosted by Wakefield MDC, with
presentations by Grant Stark (PSD); Paul Singleton (BASIS); Geoff
Wilson (Vale Engineering);
Stephen Brear (Wakefield MDC) and Mark
Dempsey (Calderdale MBC).
